Doel, the empty village
Doel - a small, 700 years old village, was meant to be demolished by 2009, due to enlargement of the harbour of Antwerp. It is still there, it is still alive through art and the few inhabitants who've resisted the authorities' decision. In Dutch, "Doel" means "goal, purpose, intention, plan". What is its purpose now?

The piano boy
On a very crowded street in Antwerp - Meir, among busy people jumping from shop to shop, quite often you will hear some ethereal piano notes, such great performances by Tobias van Hattem.
